How to open a ticket?

There are two ways to reach us: open a ticket on the site (requires login) or open a ticket on Discord. Both are monitored.

Option 1: Ticket on the site

Log into your account If you don’t have an account, sign up then log in.

Go to the new ticket page Choose the right topic and enter details.

Follow up in your dashboard Track status and replies in your dashboard.

Option 2: Ticket on Discord

Join our Discord Click the button below and join the server.

Log in / Sign up on Discord If you don’t have an account, sign up or log in.

Open a ticket in the support channel In Support, click "Create Ticket" and fill in the info.
